These items should never be put in our bins:
Putrescible waste (food waste etc), asbestos, hazardous waste, insulation material of any kind, liquids such as paint, oils, chemicals (dry paints in cans are okay), gas bottles, empty chemical containers, soil, sand and tree trunks.

We quote on an individual basis, depending on what type of bin you need, and how long you need it.

All of our prices are inclusive of GST, delivery, pickup and disposal.

If you only have a few items, you might like to consider using our ute services.

This is a cost-effective alternative for people who don’t have a trailer or utility vehicle and do not have enough rubbish to fill a skip.

You can pay our drivers with cash or credit card, or you can call our office and pay by phone using your credit card.
Payment must be made on or prior to the bin being delivered.

Additional fees will be charged for any bins exceeding prescribed weight limits on collection.

Most of the time we are able to deliver a bin on the same day, but generally (depending on bin availability) we can deliver within 24 – 48 hours.

For hire over our peak periods such as weekends, public holidays and school holidays, we recommend booking a week or more in advance as we do book out quickly.

Our normal general waste bin hire terms are 7 days.

If you need a bin for a longer period of time just ask, we are usually able to accommodate.

If you fill your bin before the 7 day period is up, please ring us and we will collect it.

For safety reasons, we will not transport bins with waste protruding higher than the side of the bins.

All bins may only be filled level with the top of the bin.

Although we do use tarps during transit, overloaded bins increase the risk of rubbish falling from the truck.

If you overload your bin, the driver will require you to remove all protruding items before transporting it.

This depends on the area. In some residential suburbs permits are required.

Where we cannot place the bin on your private property (ie. a front yard, or driveway), you will need to check with your local council and if necessary apply for a permit.

No. Moving the bin may result in damage, or in us not being able to pick up the bin from where you have moved it to.

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment by sending as little waste to landfill as possible.

Last year approximately 70% of the waste we collected was recycled.
